Dr. Iuliana Corman, ND
Iuliana loves finding ways of incorporating her Naturopathic Medicine education with the art and practice of yoga. After practicing yoga for over a decade she decided it was time to get her 200 hour teacher training from Queen Street Yoga in 2020. Iuliana strives to hold space and create a safe environment to practice the physical, emotional and spiritual art of yoga both in a classroom and online.
Iuliana incorporates functional movement, alignment, strength building, soulful medicine (including traditional Chinese medicine and plant medicine) and mindfulness practices into her teaching. Her wish is to create a yoga practice that fosters grace and kindheartedness in every aspect of life.
Sarah maintains a regular yoga practice for optimal physical, spiritual and emotional health. She believes that it is the best thing anyone can do for themselves and plans to practice in perpetuity. A desire to help others achieve this peace and energy inspired her to complete her 200 hour teacher training with Barb Leese in 2012. Sarah is grateful to be teaching at Core Medicine and looks forward to sharing the endless benefits of yoga with others.
